Who provides this service

Noviqent Ltd ("Noviqent", "we", "us") operates Airelay at ai.noviqent.co.uk. For your account, billing, and usage data, Noviqent is the data controller.

Information we process

• Account data — organisation name, email address, and hashed password.
• Provider credentials — the API key (and, where applicable, API base URL or region) you supply for each AI provider you connect. These are encrypted at rest and are never returned by our API or displayed back to you once saved.
• Gateway API keys — the keys we issue for authenticating your app's calls to Airelay. Only a hash is stored; the full key is shown once, at creation.
• Usage data — for every request routed through Airelay: which provider and model it went to, prompt/completion token counts, the provider's own cost, and our markup. This is what powers your usage dashboard and billing — we do not store the content of your prompts or the model's responses.

Where your data is processed

Airelay runs on Noviqent's own UK-hosted infrastructure. Account, credential, and usage data is processed and stored there.

Every AI request is sent to a provider you explicitly chose and connected your own key to — never a Noviqent-selected default. Depending on your choice, that may be OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft (Azure OpenAI), Amazon Web Services (Bedrock), Hugging Face, Mistral, Cohere, or another supported provider, and that company acts as a sub-processor for that request only, under whatever terms and data-processing agreement you hold with them directly. Airelay is not a party to that relationship — we route the request and meter it, using the credential you supplied.

Retention

Account and usage data is retained for as long as your account is active, and as needed afterward for billing and accounting records. Provider credentials are retained until you remove them from your dashboard, at which point they are deleted immediately.

Sharing and sub-processors

We don't sell your data. Usage totals are shared with Noviqent's own billing platform to generate your invoice. Beyond that, data is only shared with the AI provider you explicitly connect and route a request to, as described above.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
