Terms of Service

The service

Airelay, operated by Noviqent Ltd, is a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) gateway that routes API requests to the AI provider you choose, using the provider credential you connect. We meter each request and charge a flat markup (currently 4%) on the provider's own cost for it, billed separately from your provider.

Your provider relationship is your own

When you connect a provider key, you are responsible for that provider's own terms of service, acceptable use policy, and any charges they bill you. Airelay never holds a balance on your behalf for provider usage and is not a party to your agreement with that provider. If a provider suspends or revokes your key, requests routed to it through Airelay will fail until you connect a working key.

Acceptable use

You won't use Airelay to violate a connected provider's own acceptable use policy, attempt to circumvent our metering or billing, or route traffic that isn't genuinely yours through a key you don't have the right to use.

Billing

Our markup is metered per request and invoiced on the schedule shown in your dashboard. Pricing may change with notice; changes apply to usage after the change takes effect.

Availability and liability

Airelay is provided on an "as available" basis. We're not liable for outages, errors, or losses caused by a connected provider, and to the extent permitted by law our liability for issues within our own control is limited to fees you've paid us in the preceding three months.

Termination

You can stop using Airelay and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or unlawful use.
